Cancellation Policy

At Raizes Aesthetics - Elisa Beauty Salon, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late with no communication via telephone call, NOT including social media outreach, may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly. Card on File: To book an appointment, a valid card is required to be kept on file. This card will ONLY be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy. Courtesy Reminders As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text and/or email 12-24 hours in advance. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. 📍 Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that life happens! While our policy is firm, we do take emergencies into consideration. Please contact us directly via telephone call if something urgent arises. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
